Say a person already has all theirs characters over level 25 (I got all 3 at 34)... What is the spark of light gonna dismantle to? Maybe give those who already have all maxed characters a taken King starter weapon, or dare I say an uncommon or rare!?

I think all your characters become 34 but if you made a new character you could spark it to 25

All characters are level 20 maxed at the moment, that is just your light level. That spark will push you to raw level 25

The live stream said they grandfather you into the highest level you had attained in year 1

No, your new level will be the max light level you could hit before when TTK comes out
