All other vacant doors where the queens bounties used to be and now, where the IB vender is, there will be some of the weapon vendors such as Omolon, Suros and Co.
So, not much really. Merely a few more options and directions for quest lines related to newer weapons.

It's an assumption only, I could be completely wrong. But somewhere, there will be such vendors, seems logical to me.
