On 9/14/15, if we have 147 Vanguard Marks and 66 Crucible marks, will those become a flat 200 Legendary Marks on 9/15, or will the extra 13 marks be converted or somehow delivered as Legendary Marks via the Postmaster?

No, you will not have any marks...all will be converted into commendation(I don't know how many commendations you'll get, but I have 400 on all characters lol)

Well it looks like I'll be sitting on 600 vanguard marks around 80 crucible marks by the time TTK drops. It's going to be interesting to see if all of them stack or will be split.. Of course I still have around 25 vanguard commendations from when HoW was released..
