How do you figure? A rocket launcher with the same attack as gjallarhorn with a maxed reload speed and two reload blindingly fast perks (one for end of magazine on a 1 shot rocket and one for kills) has almost double the dps. I have both of these things maxed and I still wield the gjallahorn for it's ammo efficiency but my other one definitely kills faster when I can fire 4 rockets in one jump
