So, what was the reasoning some people had for saying more vault space wasn't physically possible? Old consoles?

This. I made a lot of comments that was a BS excuse. I knew I was right from talking to actual programmers.

Sure. So is the time period of 12 months equated the same as "snapping fingers"? The reality is, the vault space COULD have always been a paged system from launch. So, I don't know why anybody defends it.
