This is pretty much the hottest topic in Gear right now, and still nothing from Bungie. They need to pull their heads out of their asses and at least explain their reasoning, and offer a final confirmation on the subject. At the very least it would let me decide early on whether or not I'm sticking with this game.

Bungie is like a drug addict, they will never give you a straight answer, because that means that they would have to either: a) own up to something they've done wrong, or b) follow through with something they've promised.
