Sadly, I do see vault space being a problem eventually with all those ghost shells, class specific items, and solar/void/arc buffs on the armor pieces. Each of my characters is aligned with a different faction too, so the weapon sets ... yeah.
But it's nice to see they have done this much. And the shader/emblem/exotic vault will really help. I'm looking forward to TTK.

dont forget to keep weapons and armors with higher stats so you can fuse them with the weapon/armor of your liking for better stats. they even said about blue weapons with increased attack damages. So you will probably storing 'consumable' weapons and armors for future infusions

Class items ghosts etc won't take up vault space. They go into the terminals. But I agree on weapons and armour. Give it a month and I'll be tight on vault space, even accounting for exotics I've dismantled and left as blueprint. Definitely for weapons it 72 is better than 36. I know bits silly, but I will want to keep one of each raid weapon etc for posterity.

Ah, I didn't know the ghost shells went into terminals. That'll help too.

When it's not even released and people are complaining about the lack of vault space

i've read your comments. how much does bungie pay you per post?

1 blacksmith shader every comment ;)

Because doubling isn't a solution. It's a temporary fixz

Perhaps, but it raises a question: What would you have them do? Are you asking for infinite space?

It's not that hard to make it super large. Think of a chest in skyrim, I scored about 4,000 different things in one chest in one house. Why can't destiny store more then 100 weapons in a vault for 3 characters

Because it's a different game with a different engine.
