((From Cyber-Junkies)) You come upon a party of Junkies dancing around the flaming husk of a car in the middle of an oncoming street, singing and chanting blearily and drunkenly.

You manage to find x4 Data Chips and x2 KAP-8 Pills. The other junkies are flustered for a moment, but then start to unsheathe knives and other melee weapons, and start to gather around you, growling and cursing.
