Why are only a few exotics being carried over into year two? Selling Gally last week was a cruel joke of its not going to be carried over

Only a few had their perks revised. But I'm pretty sure they'll carry over damage wise.

You can keep all your exotics and level them up still, but only a few were REVISED.
