What use will there be for etheric light?
Can I safely dismantle emblems and shaders before TTK?
When retrieving an exotic from a blueprint, Will it need to be releveled again?

I believe the etheric lights are for ascension on legendary weapons.

Not sure about the etheric light or emblems, but they did say that all exotics from bounties will need to be leveled up every time you buy one. So if you want 3 new suros regimes, then you will have to level up each one.
