Dropped in a Nightfall.
Second one dropped in another Nightfall a week later.
Got my third one from an Engram a month later. One for each of my characters.
All this in about two months after I bought the game.

One better for you. I've been playing since the beta, and the week before HoW I got one from the cryptarch. Got 2 more the following week during first week of HoW. 3 gallys in 2 weeks... it only took like 8 months of waiting. Current total is 4 though cause I sharded a 5th.
