1 - No. If you ever reached lvl 34 your are set and even if not. To get levels seems to be rather easy. In on of the vids a guy leveled 25% from one mission completion on lvl 37 towards lvl 38. Dont worry about this.
2 - Yes. The system remembers each shader you ever got even now. To be sure I would NOT dismantle any rare shaders or emblems for now.
3 - Yes
4 - Yes, but do not dismatle anything. You will be able to infuse exotic weapons into exotic weapon from TTK increasing their attack power
5 - Yes
6 - Planet Destiny might be wrong. Deej hinted more then obviously to NOT shard anything YET. Dont dismantle anything for now.
7 - This I have no clue. We need to wait for more and clear info.
8 - Iam not sure, but from what I understood the OLD marks gonna get tranfmorfed into legendary marks (Crucible and Vanguard) and if not then you will be able to get the marks from turning in armor materials (in the faction vendors). All our old armor materials and weapon materials gonna fuse and create the new stuff
9 - No clue, but I guess not to bad. Remember you still will be able to buy these weapons from the gunsmith asap. I guess the drop rates will be more then enough
10 - ofc
11 - Not 100% sure, but still pretty sure that YES you will unlock them instantly.

Datto's latest video disagrees with your answers to 2 & 3 - he believes that the functionality for remembering what you have earned will come with patch 2.0, although he does say he doesn't know this for certain (he says he has it on very good authority not to delete anything at all for now). 4- that's interesting. So if it follows the legendary infusion model you will only be able to dismantle higher attack exotics - year 2 base exotics have lower base attack than fully upgraded year 1 exotics? Or does it not matter for exotics. Luke Smith has confirmed - in a tweet - what Planet Destiny said about 6. 8 - the guys at the reveal seemed to be saying that your existing marks are going to be converted into commendations that you can use to advance rank, rather than turned into the new marks.See 37:55 in the reveal stream. Regarding 10, I explained this badly. From what I understood the existing Vanilla and DLC missions are being "questified" - so the Hive-related missions are now bunched together in a quest. Endgame players have already completed all that stuff, but can we get access to the quest, or just have to individual missions as we do at present? Why would you want to do this? Well, I imagine some of these quests may have unique rewards.

Disagrees with Number 3? It was more then clearly said that EVERY exotic you ever got will be stored as a blueprint. 8 - yes it was my mistake. So much info my head hurts. 10 - well taking it like that I have no idea tbh lol 4 - I think exotics have different infusion rules.
