My guess is that you can bump all exotics up to the next attack lvl by the kiosk, but it could just rotate on a weekly basis I believe ascension for exotics still exist because of the game informer reveals and one of the devs saying [quote]there will be multiple ways your character will become stronger[/quote] But I think ascension only works on lvl 40 Just speculation
