No Time To Explain. Will it require Strangers Rifle or no? I'd like to know BEFORE I have to delete 33% of my progress in this game.

Are you missing Strangers Rifle? Can't you just redo the mission where you get it?

You have to start a character over to get it. That's why no one wants to do it - because you have to delete one of your characters to get it again
