vitteceps is right, when you're filling out the pre-order boxes, you can only get past two, when you enter last gen consoles. When you try to select a retailer to pre-order it from it says 'coming soon,' and it's been that way for a while.

Huh, you're right. That must be relatively new. However, it doesn't say the same for Xbox 360 which is what I'm on.
