I can buy the Legendary Edition from Amazon US for $59.88 which is about £40 anyway. Plus postage. It's not going to be free to post abroad.
And the Legendary Edition is not the main issue. It is at the right price in the UK. It is £40 but, JUST TTK digital download is also £40. That is the problem.
