Originally it was a post for questions for tomorrow's stream for people to ask questions beforehand, then by going by his edit time, he changed it to get more questions in just before and during the reveal. It makes sense that he would make one for each twitch stream, since each one is about completely different aspects of the expansion. I'd bet all three of my ghorns that come next week he will have a post similar to this.
