not sure. in the stream Deel had a gally but when he looked at the year 2 blueprints it wasnt present in the list

I saw that as well, but on the yr 2 page there was a rocket launcher in the same area as ghorn. That may be hard to understand but try this one on the yr 1 xo page you suros in the top left, when he went back to yr 2 in the same top left is the black suros whereas at the bottom left there was a yr 1 suros on the blueprint slots.

it looks like thats Truth and not gally. Gally is 4th in the list and truth is last. when he moves over, the 4th slot is blank but the 5th has something there. maybe it has to be completely upgraded before you get the year 2 blueprint? he did just buy gally from Xur
