I have never really liked cod and people are always saying that it's the most realistic warfare game and I disagree bye saying that I think Battlefield is more realistic with the bullet drop and you have to judge distance when sniping.
If you disagree then explain why
yes I mean the series
And I like don't like how they keep
Making them in the future because they make up so many things that I hate. Like the multi grenade in AW. It's a waste in my opinion. They have so many grenades that they don't need it. I think they should keep it in the preset because they are wasting money on crap that they don't need it's pathetic almost.
EDIT: Wow.... 100 replies!!! Did not expect that
Hello OP (or anyone who has decided to open the spoiler and read all of this).
I'm one of the Bungie.Net Ninjas. We may have met before, we may have interacted, you might have heard of us, or you may have no clue as to who we are and what we do. Well, this little note is to explain some of the things we do. One of the major roles we play is to handle the reports that come in whenever a member clicks on the "Report" button, to let us know that there is a post, a topic or a user that either doesn't understand or isn't following the rules that we all agreed to follow when we joined. But that's not the Ninja function that brought on this note.
The reason I am writing this is because I have retagged your thread. Bungie.Net uses hashtags to designate their major forums and to help keep things organized. Your OP (original post) was opened, created or given a hashtag that well, wasn't the best choice. It could have been that you were browsing through the various forum/tags that are available on the site or app, and clicked on "New Topic" while in a forum that didn't "match up" with the subject matter of your OP. Or, you may have thought "this belongs here", when unfortunately, it doesn't.
That's another role of the Bungie.Net Ninjas. We not only try to keep things fun, pleasant and welcoming here by removing rule-breakers, but we also want EVERY good topic to have the best chance to survive, thrive, find the right audience, and get lots of on-topic replies. And so, I have retagged your topic to move it to the forum where it has the best chance of doing that.
I give you my word that I have not altered a single letter or character of your Original Post, just placed this message below it and set the tag to better describe your topic. You may notice that you are unable to edit this post anymore. That is a part of the system, and I apologize for any inconvenience that it may have caused. I've not replied or commented on your OP, since this message would most likely be "off-topic" to your thread and when members see a Ninja or Mentor (who are volunteers from the community) or even a Bungie employee post, they tend to go a little crazy and the disruption to the thread becomes a distraction. I don't want that to happen to your thread. I want it to be in the BEST place possible, to be seen by the largest audience who is looking for this sort of topic, I want it to take root, get replies, grow strong and make these forums a better place.
If you have any questions, you should feel free to PM me. My name is now in the upper right corner of your OP where it says "edited by".
Thanks for your patience, thanks for being a part of this community, thanks for taking the time to read all of this (I hid it in a spoiler so that anyone who clicked couldn't complain about "too long, didn't read"), and thank you in advance for creating your future topics with the forum/tag location in mind.

Here is really what's happening at activision "Hey let's make a new cod!" I here halo is ok let's make a future cod "And after I couple of those, back to the present!
-
You're entitled to your opinion. I agree with some of it, but modern warfare 1 and 2, WAW, and black ops 1 and 2 are epic. But I hated ghosts and while I've never played modern warfare 3 and advanced warfare, I've heard enough from other gamers to know they're no worth getting. I don't think it's the worst series ever, but it's been going downhill in recent titles. I think black ops 3 will be amazing, but I won't know for sure until I play it.
-
Meh, core gameplay is solid and always has been, though has had its ups and downs. Maps are what make or break CoD, and there hasn't been one with a true great mapset since MW2.
-
There are worse game series than COD. Battlefield comes to mind
-
Worst series ever? No. Am I a fan of it? Also no. Black Ops II Zombies is amazing. The worst series ever would have literally nothing amazing in it.
-
Battlefield nor CoD are realistic. CoD died after MW2, Battlefield died after 3. Drop the crap already, modern fps shooters are shit.
-
Why is cod the worst game series? Not fanboy ing here just there has been so many horrible games and we're bashing cod for what? Whoever clicked "agree" please tell me why
-
If it was the worst series ever it wouldn't have 10+ games, it sells for a reason
-
I've only played 3 cod's, so I don't think I should say anything.
-
Not at all. I don't like where they seem to be going with it but their early games were incredible, hell cod 2 was one of my favorite games to play for a while.
-
It cant be one of the worst... It obviously isn't. The practices of the companies that develop cod are one of the worst.
-
COD Is pretty bad, but I am 100% sure there are several others that are worse.
-
They haven't made a quality CoD since WaW. Their best was Big Red One. It's been on a downhill slope since then.
-
It started off amazing, propelled gaming standards into what they are today. On the other hand, it propelled gaming standards into what they are today...
-
I played cod before it was cool to say it's bad
-
It's a okay series but the newer futuristic ones are meh,I liked MW2 and 4 the best. And of course, their releases are very repetitive.
-
Easily not one of the worst, it's trash, but not the worst
-
It's not the worst but blops 3 was fun and if you want a "realistic" shooter try arma 3 on PC
-
Nope. Call of Duty was one of the big starters of major youtubers today & console competitive online multiplayer. CoD 4 was the biggest to start this trend, WaW then bought in one of the most incredible side games ever made (zombies). Mw2 & Black Ops afterwards were both great games also. Mw3 was alright, one of my faves IMO. Black Ops 3 had the whole story thingo which o thort was fun & some of the maps were good for zombies (Mob of the dead). Ghost had a good story and shitty multiplayer, extinction was different and kind of fun. Advanced warfare's story was incredible, a little cheesy and predictable here and there but still incredible, the multiplayer however was eh & so was expected zombies. Black ops 3 however with what I've played so far has really fun multiplayer, it's like a mash of Titanfall, Cod & Destiny which I am okay with. The campaign sounds pretty fun and the zombies trailer where young Richthofen kills old Richthofen has me super excited for zombies this year. So no I don't think cod is the worst game ever made, that would go to ride to hell.
-
I wouldn't say it's the worst. I have found enjoyment out of every CoD, even though I also complain about them, they have their moments. I don't play CoD (or battlefield) for the realism...if I wanted that, I would go play paintball or airsoft with the guys.
-
MW2 is the best cod IMO
you know it is
-
It certainly hasn't evolved much over the years
-
Well i did like the story of MW 1-3 and CoD4 multiplayer. Now its like Assassins creed, where a game is forcefully made every year.
-
Cod is shit now, but MW2 >
-
I miss the days where sniping wasn't the absolute best thing in Call of Duty. It's why I like Destiny, because other than shotguns, Thorn, and TLW being overpowered, and Auto Rifles being underwhelming, Destiny is pretty balanced
-
CoD is the Michael Bay of FPS games. It play it when I want trashy action with lots of explosions. I do want that sometimes, so it's not bad if it fills that niche.
