Hey Cozmo! I've been stacking faction packages and I wanted to know will they be there when ttk drops with the new weapons ?

No but you can level up until you need 1 bounty until the next level finish that bounty and hand it in the day of ttk

At least you get xp and possible shaders

All packages are predetermined like engrams. You can't save them up and hope to get TTK gear. You have to save up TTK faction packages and TTK engrams to do that.
