I saw that as well, but on the yr 2 page there was a rocket launcher in the same area as ghorn. That may be hard to understand but try this one on the yr 1 xo page you suros in the top left, when he went back to yr 2 in the same top left is the black suros whereas at the bottom left there was a yr 1 suros on the blueprint slots.
