Regarding the exotic blueprints system, nothing was mentioned in regards to whether or not We would retain unlocked upgrades to our exotic gear through the blueprint system. If for example, one were to delete a fully upgraded weapon, would pulling a fresh one from the blueprint database return a fully upgraded weapon or a completely I leveled weapon? If someone from Bungie could explain, I'm sure all guardians would be grateful. (Especially if we didn't have to reupgrade all of our gear)
