I think SUROS with new customizable options is gonna be OP. List reasons for your choices below.

No way to know. We might be missing the info that a new TTK exotic primary shoots irresistibly tasty hotdogs that all guardians and minions of darkness are drawn to, thus distracting them and making an easy kill. VoG? Done. CE? Done. New Raid? Done. All with a hotdog cannon.
