Can we have a comprehensive list of which exotics are being updated? I want to know if my Hard Light, Midas Multi-Tool, Necrochasm, and various others will gain the new attack values.

Well, the weapon tuning 2.0 weekly update from 2 weeks ago? (I think it was 2...) has a list of exotics that will be altered but available in year 2. I hope that answers your question. As for a confirmed list of every single one, bungie has yet to release those details but you can see several of them in the twitch stream from yesterday. Hope that helps.
