Will there be any exotic swords or raid ones. If so how will we get them

I saw that sword in the stream twice, when DeeJ was on the vault screen and that ending dance, the dude on the right of DeeJ had a sword on his back. I'm wondering if my raid boots for Crota will give me a buff for sword bearer.
