No. The new dance moves are equipped via the character screen. There's a screenshot I came across from game informers interviews.
I'll try to locate it and post it for you.

I found it too, if you watch the trailer or visit planet Destiny on YT they don't talk about it but you can see a slot with a shadow of the guardian looks like an emote slot.
