I agree with this. My only opposing thought is that a lot of old content is rendered pointless because of the loot drops. Activities like VoG and CE become pointless because all the weapons and armour, including exotics, are rendered useless, because they don't upgrade, and there are things better than them. I love what's happening in the expansion, but I don't like how they're approaching old content. Maybe they'll say something more soon? We shall see
