he kicked him right before the rewards , thats a superd!ck move right there , it would be acceptable to warn him then kick him at start because he wasnt helping the team to succeed , but kicking after the game was over just before the reward is simply an abuse because at that point the team already succeeded

you know what. In the spartan program, This is what they learned. The whole team doesn't win if one person fails. That one person failed, he deserved it.

The "team" hadn't succeeded, op and his friend succeeded, while the guy who got kicked contributed nothing. Perfectly justified and appropriate action was taken by op.
