Can you upgrade year one exotic DPs so there still use able in ttk

you cannot upgrade ANY year 1 gear! there will be certain exotics from year 1 with new, year 2 versions of themselves that you can purchase with marks from the Kiosks if you have obtained the year 1 version in the past
