So will the terminals have the blueprints for all of the ships,shaders,emblems, and exotics that we have ever had or just the ones we have in stock now?

From watching the Twitch feed, it seems the blue prints you will receive is a combination of whats in your vault and your various characters, hence the various comments of don't delete anything till after the taken king is released

they should contain ALL of the ships, shaders, and emblems that you had.
