How are we to get keys for PoE to keep trying for an elder cipher you haven't already received?

queens bounties and find the ether chests that spawn after they are dead

You do know that the either chests will most likely go away when taken King drops right?

why would they? as long as POE is around there will be a need for them

Why did they get rid of the swordbarers? You needed that to start working on a necrocasm.

The random patrolling swordbearers were removed but the Fist of Crota mission still allows you to get the Husk. The random patrolling wolves will probably be removed too but there's still going to be the queens bounties. There will still be ways to get keys, although they ways to get them will probably be reduced.

At first when the swords where removed the husk stopped dropping till a patch recently fixed that. I want to make sure the same doesn't happen to the keys for those still looking for weapons.

That would be a mess. The husk only dropped from 1 thing though, swordbearers. You can earn keys multiple ways, wolves chests, turning in queens bounties, opening small chests in PoE. So hopefully when the wolves are removed, like the "other" swordbearers, keys won't stop dropping from other resources.
