What was the point of them tuning Exotics two weeks before almost all of them become irrelevant? Unless they won't become irrelevant sometime down the road? Or maybe Bungie just has bad long-term planning. If the latter is the case, then it seems like a waste of time and resources on Bungie's end, which equates to a lesser experience for the community.
