YES! OH MY GOD THANK YOU! I earned my New Monarchy robes pre HoW and was so hyped about being able to be max level while wearing them. As soon as I heard they were staying behind in year two my heart stopped and sank into my stomach. I was finally starting to feel genuine and (corny alert) starting to become my own legend. Now I feel as if they are shoving me back into the blind. After a year I think I should be able to kick oryx's ass how I want to look!
