Such as rank 1 @ 25%, small damage boost/ rank 2 @ 50%, faster melee/ rank 3 @ 75% small damage boost/ and finally rank 4 @ 100%, increased range or something unique to the class: Titans more range + damage/ warlocks more area of effect/ hunters higher crit damage
