What's the point of looking for new loot when you already have the most powerful loot on you? I'm assuming your talking about exotics like gjallerhorn (even though you cannot earn gjallerhon, earning would have to be you doing a specific task to that can only be done to get gjallerhorn, not blindness praying for one and getting blind rng luck at the end of an activity. Thorn would be considered earning or if you play a game like dark souls everything you get in that game you earn) but everything would feel the same. Also trophies are kinda meant to stay on a shelf. I'm happy with this change, cause now we can chase after new things with new activities new guns and a new experience. It will be fresh and fun, and I don't think that we should have all the same exotics forever because it would be impossible to achieve that.
