I seem to be missing 3 grimoire cards:
Races - Awoken
Primary Weapons - Ghost Fragment: The Last Word 3
Enemies - Ghost Fragment: Fallen
I remember acquiring them but they are not showing with the rest of my cards. Thanks for the help.

Thanks for your reply, Yes i have checked the location for the fallen dead ghost. I have found all the current dead ghost in the game.

While destiny is open, try logging out of your profile (next to where you change character). This sometimes unlocks grimoire. If you can check that location again.
