I don't understand why Bungie tweaked so many Year 1 exotics that are going to remain Year 1 only. Why nerf Gally when its going to be left behind? Leaving it behind is the nerf. Same goes for Icebreaker and even BH. Leaving their damage caps at Year 1 is enough to stop us using them. Why upgrade Hard Light or NLB if they don't move to Year 2?
