In the reveal Trailer, he had HL, but there was no 2.0 blueprint.

It's also just a reveal trailer, I'm sure there's plenty of shit they didn't show

This was clearly shown though. There's a 2.0 blueprint for Suros, Monte Carlo, TLW, Hawkmoon, and BadJuju which all of these he has in his possession. There isn't one for HL, even though he owns it.
