If he tried, he tried. If he was actually doing nothing and standing still, fine. However kicking somebody because they were" bad" at the treasure room is a jerk move.

You don't get it...[u]He wasn't moving[/u]. I don't care how bad you are, it isn't that hard to run away, or at least attempt to.

However as some have said, his match history does not line up with his claims, and OP could have meant "doing nothing" in the way that the player just sucked (in that case he should have had him leave earlier, or not kicked him at all)

How would u feel if u had worked ur ass off only for that guy to get rewards when he did absolutely -blam!-ing nothing. I sure as hell would do the same thing I only help people who actually try working not some scrub who thinks he's awesome for doing nothing.
