I'm almost sure that the old exotics will have the same attack ratings as new ones?
If they weren't they wouldn't need to nerf icebreaker and wolfpack rounds.

Bungie said and I quote "Gjallarhorn will remain a year one exotic, at year one values." That means 365 is the max and 42 light is the max for the weapons and armor not being redesigned.
