[spoiler]Tau was released so Phantom didnt use him as a weapon. This is a new guy... Who has no idea who the -blam!- Tau is. Omega is still here though. But he is with Hologram Elijah. It also hasnt made an appearance as it doesnt know Holo-Elijah very well.[/spoiler]
