Btw, if any of you guys were wondering, Ambassador Ramas existed ever since Rosskaya opened up, and he's the Ambassador of Rosskaya. He lives in the Red Fortress, which is hidden somewhere in the Tundra, so if plan on raiding it, you've got to search well.
