Hey Anon,
I started thinking about the "obsession" that the HawkMoon has with feathers.
It has feathers on it, the perk is feathers...
Just a quick thought that popped in my head.
Also the description: "stalk thy prey and let loose thy talons upon the Darkness".
Got anything on it?

After seeing the Ace of spades exotic, i highly believe the Ace Of Spades IS cayde's weapon. It has the same ace of spades symbol in cayde's arm, and its a quest reward, possibly cayde's quest.

If you weren't in the chat the other day we've realized a strong connection between Hawkmoon and Cayde-6. The description is a "true gunslinger's weapon" and the exotic perk, Holding Aces. Cayde-6 has armour featuring spades clubs hearts and diamonds, so it's likely either his, or Andal's.
