[b]Phantym sits inside The Workshop, working on his Dradon, as the machine guns on it have been getting jammed as of late.
He takes a rest and looks at his Tac-Pad, sighing, only to realize he can't even do that.
He decides to go out, as he hasn't done so in a few days.
Putting on a jacket and his scarf, he heads out on a walk of Downtown.[/b]

[b]Shows a feed from the Dradon where I'm fighting some of the inhabitants. It switches to me using my Psionics on the environment, using different abilities.[/b]

[b]He nods.[/b] "That's exactly why. The uprising consisted of about 1,000 rogue psions who caused havoc among the city in their attempt to take it over. But they failed so the city added the suppression just in case it happened again. If a psion does some bad things I thinks it's KOS. Kill On Sight."
