No the Exotics that are being updated have a higher attack and can reach the maximum attack in year two, the ones that don't can't reach the max attack. Exotics will be left be behind AND THAT IS -blam!-ING OKAY! Its time to move on and acquire new weapons and armor.
Year 1 exotics max attack/defense 170
Year 2 starting exotic attack/defense 280
