It is a valid point, no child left behind lowered the requirements for people to graduate and essentially crippled our children's learning experience/intelligence, if bungie lets you take all of your exotics with you in year two it'll do the same, no one will ever use any exotic other than the gjallarhorn which they do now and it's crippling fireteams, the only strategy anyone uses anymore is gjallarhorn, of hey new strike/raid boss need 2/5 must have maxed gally
