Hi guardians,seeing there's is still people need to kill skolas in order to achieve their year 1 moment of triumphs hence i would like to share my strategy on taking skolas down in a faster way.Conventional method would be starting on left side and rotate around while clearing ads.Slowly but surely haha. Shared two links above:- one shows burning skolas down when he's nearly 30% and the other one when he's nearly 50% Strategy: -first of all i will and always go to the right side,servitor will come out from the door beneath the platform. -take down the servitor and shoot couple of rockets to skolas. -when the timer on the servitor bonds hits 6-7sec send 1 of your fireteam member to the left side to take the servitor down while the other 2 members take cover and wait. -immediately head back to right side and help them rocket skolas,doing it right you should break skolas's bond by this time. -always remember to call out the timer on your essence when is 10s. For 50% strategy (the above video) -for this strategy everyone in the fireteam got to have 7 ghorns ready each.By doing all the above strategy i suppose everyone already pop a syn beforehand. -Clear all the ads and damage skolas till his health is near 55% (prefer to use primary weapon to shoot) ,too much damage will activate the mines. -Once skolas health is around 55%,swap the essence to the next person and everyone can start gallys on skolas. -Make sure every rocket is on target and he should be dead by then. -Dismantle 2 rounds of mines and the rest is history. For 30% strategy :- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZTklzwgg41I -When skolas health is near 55%,2 of your fireteam member should get ready to head over to the other side.Since i start skolas on right side,the other 2 will go to the left side. -The person with immunity should always stay behind while the 2 leaves. -Regroup back on the right side and slowly damage skolas until his health is near 30%. -Swap the essence to the next person and everyone can start burning skolas down. -Dismantle last round of mines and there goes your achievement =D *In my opinion 30% strategy is safer compare to 50% strategy where everyone need to have ghorn.For the 30% strategy,I think everyone can down skolas regardless of what rocket you got as long as it's good tracking rocket.* Tips: -preferable the one who hunts servitor to use shotgun and switch back to sniper after the bond is broken. -right side maybe be hectic but if you know how to take cover you can make it. -plan your attack and strategy properly. -don't get panic when you see the mines *happens frequent when i played with randoms* -lastly good communication is needed. *Edit* Thanks @Nieminin for the info,lightswitch modifier;50% strategy does not work as rocket damage gets penalised Just my 2 cents,Good luck guardians!
