Chatterwhite is the only shader in the game that requires skill to get. At least it was before everyone was over leveled.

I did and my opinion stays the same... requirement for chatter white: lvl 23 and a good group that does the raid for you lol requirement for queens web: lvl 33, skill and good team mates
