People don't hip fire with it cross map. The just shot slower. Been using the last word alot with my hunter. It's kinda ideal for me since i snipe pretty much all the time. You just have to get good at keeping the sights on your target AND DON'T use full auto all the time. Espacially if you choose not to go with a full stability set up. Because even have 3 bullets left in the magazine can cause problems if you encounter someone after you get a skill.
