What percentage of the star wars universe is no longer canon for the sake of the three new films?

The only things canon are all 6 movies, Clone Wars, Rebels, Darth Maul: Son of Dathomir, and the comics and novels that came out starting in 2015.

Pretty sure they said anything that contradicts the movies becomes non-canon. Kinda lazy if you asked me but it works.
